We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Nacka Forum. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20%, and working hours per week may vary. The contract mainly covers Saturdays and Fridays, as well as summer and holidays, with the possibility of a larger contract during the summer.

Your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle stock, and restock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and until after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages.
